2. Ordering & Payment

·       Orders: Accepted via website, app, phone, or third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google). We reserve the right to refuse/cancel orders.

·       Pricing: Menu prices may change. Third-party platforms may display outdated/user-generated content—verify on our official channels.

·       Payment: Processed securely; we store no payment card data.

3. Allergies & Dietary Concerns

·       We accommodate allergy requests but cannot guarantee allergen-free meals due to:

o   Cross-contamination in our kitchen.

o   Supplier ingredient practices.

·       Customers with severe allergies dine at their own risk.

4. Refund & Return Policy

·       No refunds/returns for:

o   Disliked meals.

o   Incorrect orders reported >2 hours after receipt.

o   Takeout/delivery orders not meeting quality expectations beyond our control (e.g., transit delays).

·       Resolution Efforts: Contact us within 2 hours of order receipt for issues (e.g., errors, spoilage). We may offer replacements/credits at our discretion.

5. User Conduct

·       Do not misuse our Services (e.g., fraud, harassment).

·       We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

6. Third-Party Services

·       Delivery, advertising, and social media (e.g., Facebook, Google, Yelp) are managed by external parties. We are not responsible for their terms or errors.

·       User-generated content (reviews, photos) on third-party platforms does not reflect our views.

7. Intellectual Property

·       Our logos, menu, and website content are owned by Family Corner Restaurant.

·       You grant us a license to use public reviews/photos uploaded to our Services for marketing.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

·       Allergic reactions or food preferences.

·       Third-party errors (e.g., delivery delays, platform inaccuracies).

·       Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Ontario and Canadian laws. Disputes will be resolved in Cornwall, ON.
